All experience prices displayed on our website reflect the full experience price.

Once your booking is confirmed, planning and preparation begin immediately. A 25% portion of the experience fee is non-refundable to account for the time, resources, materials, and preparation committed to your event.

All add-ons and enhancements must be paid in full prior to booking unless otherwise stated.

All bookings are subject to availability. Dates and times are not guaranteed until your booking has been confirmed.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Because each experience requires advance planning and preparation, cancellations are subject to the following terms:

Cancellations made 72 hours or more before your scheduled experience

You may cancel your reservation and receive a refund of 75% of the experience fee.

The remaining 25% is non-refundable.

For experiences that include add-ons or enhancements, 75% of eligible add-on costs will be refunded, with the remaining 25% retained as the cancellation fee.

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before your scheduled experience

Bookings cancelled less than 72 hours before the scheduled experience are not eligible for a refund.

This policy applies because the majority of event preparation, purchasing, staffing, and scheduling has already been committed at that point.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY

We understand that outdoor experiences are subject to weather conditions beyond anyone’s control.

If inclement weather makes your scheduled outdoor experience unsuitable or unsafe, you may reschedule your experience within 30 days of the original booking date, subject to availability.

Your rescheduled date must not conflict with an existing reservation.

When possible, we are also happy to work with you to transition your experience to an appropriate indoor location.

Weather-related decisions are made with the safety and quality of your experience in mind.

LOCATION & TRAVEL FEES

Some locations may require an additional travel fee depending on distance and accessibility.

Any applicable travel fees will be communicated prior to booking.

If your selected location requires a permit, reservation, entrance fee, or other location-specific charge, those costs may be the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

ALCOHOL POLICY

Alcohol is prohibited in many public parks and beaches throughout Rhode Island.

Guests are responsible for following all applicable laws, park regulations, and property rules regarding alcohol.

Alcohol may only be brought to your experience when permitted by the location and applicable regulations.

‘Ohana Picnics reserves the right to decline alcohol service or remove alcohol from a setup when its presence violates location rules or applicable law.

CARE OF THE EXPERIENCE

Your picnic installation and all provided items remain the property of ‘Ohana Picnics or our vendors throughout your reservation.

Guests are responsible for treating all furnishings, décor, tableware, equipment, and other provided items with care.

Please do not intentionally move, damage, stain, or misuse any part of the setup.

During your reserved experience, guests are responsible for the safety and care of the setup and their personal belongings.

‘Ohana Picnics is not responsible for personal belongings that are lost, damaged, or left unattended during an experience.

Any damage or loss caused by a guest may result in additional charges.

GIFT CARDS

All gift card purchases are non-refundable.

Gift cards may be redeemed by the recipient toward eligible ‘Ohana Picnics experiences and services, subject to availability and applicable terms.

CUSTOM EXPERIENCES & ADD-ONS

We love creating experiences that are uniquely yours.

Custom florals, photography, additional time, specialty installations, travel, personalized details, and other enhancements may be available upon request.

Custom requests are subject to availability and may require additional fees.

Any custom charges will be communicated and approved prior to being added to your experience.

RESCHEDULING

Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may be subject to applicable fees or restrictions depending on how close the request is made to the scheduled experience.
