Prices for experiences are displayed at their full value, including the total experience fee. Additionally, 25% of the experience fee is non-refundable, as planning commences as soon as your booking is confirmed. Furthermore, add-ons must be paid in full prior to booking.

Inclement weather: Customers are eligible to reschedule their picnic experience within 30 days of their original booking date if inclement weather occurs. As long as their rescheduled date doesn’t conflict with other booked reservations. We are also happy to move your picnic indoors!

All bookings are subject to availability, as popular dates tend to book out quickly.

Alcohol is strictly prohibited on public parks and beaches in Rhode Island. Please refrain from bringing alcohol to your picnic unless you are on private property.

Please ensure that your picnic is not left unattended. You are responsible for the safety of the setup and your belongings during your reservation.

During your reserved time, you are solely responsible for all items. Please treat everything with utmost care and avoid any stains, spills, or breakage.
